Accor opens Tribe hotel in London’s Canary Wharf – Business Traveller

The Tribe brand was launched in 2019with Accor stating at the time that it would offer a “high-quality hotel experience at an affordable price,” with a “carefully curated offer that focuses on style rather than price.”

It now falls under the Ennismore lifestyle division, with which Accor formed a joint venture in 2021.

Recent openings include Tribe Paris La Defenseand Tribe Amsterdam Citylocated within the ‘Gare du Nord’ project in Amsterdam-North.

The brand is targeting 50 properties “within the next few years”, with planned destinations including Budapest, Belo Horizonte, Warsaw, Riga, Lyon, Bangkok, Singapore, Milan, Birmingham, Liverpool and Chester.

A 412-room Manchester hotel is also under development with the Airport City Manchester development.
