Anne-Sophie Pic and Michel Roth create new premium menus for Air France – Business Traveller

Air France has launched its latest La Premiere and business class inflight menus in partnership with Michelin-starred chefs Michel Roth and Anne-Sophie Pic.

The first class (La Premiere) menu has been created by Roth – owner of The Bayview Restaurant in Geneva and recipient of the Bocuse d’or and Meilleur Ouvrier de France awards – and includes an appetiser, starter and eight main courses.

These include a starter of lobster medallion, green asparagus and raspberry vinaigrette; and main courses of tender beef, pan-seared foie gras with a truffle sauce, stir-fried asparagus and porcini mushrooms; chicken supreme with olives and black truffles, poivrade artichokes and macaroni gratin; and shrimp in lobster sauce perfumed with tarragon, red rice and baby spinach.

This summer the La Premiere cabin is available on selected flights to Los Angeles, Miami, New York JFK, San Francisco, Washington DC, Mexico City, Abidjan, Johannesburg, Dubai and Sao Paulo.
