LCC Breeze to Add Five Utah Routes

New low-cost carrier Breeze Airways is continuing its expansion with three nonstop and two one-stop routes from Provo, Utah, near Salt Lake City, the carrier announced Friday. They will be the first Utah routes from the company, which is headquartered in the state.

Breeze is scheduled to begin daily nonstop operations between Provo and San Francisco on Aug. 4, Las Vegas on Oct. 5, and Los Angeles on Nov. 2. Daily one-stop, with no change of plane, between Provo and San Bernardino, Calif., is set to start Aug. 4, while one-stop service between Provo and New York-Westchester is to begin Oct. 5.

The news follows several announcements of the airline’s service expansions, including operations out of New York’s Westchester County Airport, Long Island MacArthur Airport and Palm Beach International Airport, service between Orlando and Charleston, SC, and 35 new US routes from 10 new cities.
