A: No, your items should already be in production before offering them as a pre-order.
Q: I’m not sure when my product will ship. Can I still offer it as a pre-order?
A: You must be able to suggest a reasonable timeframe in which your product will ship based on your understanding of your industry. If you do not list a date, your items must ship within 30 days.
Q: I need to change my shipping date. Can I do that?
A: Yes. If you cannot ship within the stated time, you must provide a revised shipping date, and explain the customer’s rights to cancel or request a refund.
