Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has opened a 346-room Wyndham Garden Lara property in the Turkish city of Antalya.
Wyndham Garden Lara’s facilities include guest rooms with balconies, an outdoor pool, a fitness center with a tennis courts, access to the nearby Lara Beach and all-inclusive dining.
The hotel opened in April and is located close to several attractions in Antalya, besides being located within easy reach of the international airport.
The latest addition marks the ninth brand entry by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts in Turkey, which Wyndham says makes it the largest international hotel company by number of properties in the country, with over 90 operational hotels.
Apart from the latest opening in Antalya, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts will open another Wyndham Garden in Diyarbakır, the largest city in south-east Turkey, next month. Wyndham Garden Diyarbakır will offer 182 guest rooms, a Turkish bath, fitness center with a spa and an outdoor pool.
The new additions follow other recent openings in Turkey this year, including the expansion of Ramada with the opening of Ramada by Wyndham Elbistan and Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Samsun, as well as the launch of Tryp by Wyndham İstanbul Şişli.
Other upcoming openings in 2022 include an 84-room Ramada Encore by Wyndham İstanbul Maltepe set to open in August; an 88-room Ramada by Wyndham Rize Findikli which will open this month; a 119-room Ramada Resort by Wyndham Kizkalesi slated to open in September 2022; a 149-room Wyndham Erzurum property scheduled to open in December; Ramada by Wyndham Karapinar with 118 rooms will open in September; a Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Ordu will join the portfolio in July with 110-rooms; and Days Hotel by Wyndham Istanbul Esenyurt will open in December.
